SMS Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Millennium Medical Group’s SMS Service. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. Description of Service 

Our SMS Service is designed for one-to-one, conversational communication. It allows our employees to send and receive text messages with you for purposes directly related to our business, such as answering your questions, providing updates, and scheduling appointments. 

This service is not intended for and will not be used for unsolicited marketing, promotional broadcasts, or bulk messaging campaigns. 

2. Your Consent and Opt-Out 

By providing your mobile phone number, you are giving us your express consent to receive text messages from us. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. 

• You can opt out of the service at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. 

• After you send the opt-out keyword, you will receive a single, automated confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from this number unless you explicitly opt back in. 

• For help, you can reply with the keyword HELP. 

3. Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from you. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier. 

4. Privacy 

Your use of our SMS Service is also governed by our separate SMS Texting Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. 5. Service Providers 

Our SMS service is powered by Microsoft Teams, which integrates with underlying carriers, aggregators, or operators (“Operators”). To ensure our service complies with regulatory guidelines and standards, we must share application details and/or campaign information with these Operators. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that Microsoft may share your application details as necessary for provisioning the Teams messaging service. You also attest that our service will not be used for affiliate marketing. 

The Operator is the final reviewer and approver of your service application. If the details on your application change, it is your responsibility to resubmit your application with up-to-date information. 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The SMS Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of any messages. 

7. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
