Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Millennium Medical Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information in connection with our SMS texting service via Microsoft Teams Phone (“the Service”). By participating in the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly when you use the Service. This may include:

  • Your mobile phone number.
  • Your name, if you provide it during a conversation.
  • The content of your text messages, including any information you choose to provide in your responses.
  • Message delivery data, such as timestamps and message status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Enable conversational, one-to-one communication between you and our employees.
  • Respond to your inquiries, questions, or requests.
  • Provide important updates, reminders, or other non-promotional information directly related to our business relationship.
  • Analyze message delivery and engagement to improve our services and communication methods.

Important Note: This Service is designed for one-to-one business communication. It is not intended for and will not be used for unsolicited marketing, promotional broadcasts, or bulk messaging campaigns.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including your SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering our SMS messaging services. This includes Microsoft and its communication service providers. These third parties are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and only use it to provide the services we have contracted them for. We may also disclose your information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.

4. Opting Out and Your Choices

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You have the right to opt out of the Service at any time.

To opt out, simply reply to any message you receive from us with any of the following keywords:

  • STOP
  • END
  • CANCEL

  • QUIT

After you send the opt-out keyword, you will receive a single, automated confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed from our Service. After this, you will no longer receive messages from this number unless you explicitly opt back in.

To opt back in, you must reply to the same number with the keyword:

  • START

You can also request help by replying with the keyword:

  • HELP

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or a mobile network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as you participate in the Service or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
